***Please read carefully. You (the advertiser) are entering into an agreement with the website owners/operators by purchasing ad placement on the website (www.baptistdeception.com) based on the terms herein.
Advertising is provided for the exchange of $53.99 USD flat rate. Ad space is rented on a per month basis and provided on the sidebar widget to be displayed throughout the site’s blog. Payment must be made prior to the ad review and placement.
Payment is made via PayPal and set up to auto renew each month. The advertiser is responsible for cancellation if so desired. No refunds will be given if the advertiser does not cancel the auto renew on time. **We are unable to provide a refund once purchase is made and the ad approved. Please make a note of when your auto renew is due and, if/when you desire to discontinue advertising on the site, cancel your auto renew via PayPal prior to the next billing cycle. This is the advertiser’s responsibility.
Advertising is provided on an “as is” basis. No guarantees are provided either expressly or implied on amount of sales, clicks, impressions or ad views. The advertiser is encouraged to do due diligence if so desired on the site’s stats related to visitors. We do not provide ad tracking of any kind, but we will, upon request, provide evidence of the website general traffic statistics for verification purposes. This evidence will be in the form of screen shots from the site’s analytics. The website owner/operators do guarantee ad placement and link association for the term of the ad purchase each month, however, the advertiser is responsible for ensuring that the link to the service/product is correct.
The advertiser is responsible for providing appropriate ad creative the size of which should not exceed 250×250 pixels. If the advertiser is advertising a book the book cover may be used. You agree that the ad creative may undergo slight modification of size in order to provide the most aesthetically pleasing experience for site visitors. This is to the advertiser’s benefit as aesthetically pleasing ads will receive a greater chance of click through.
All ads are subject to review before display on the site. If an ad is rejected the advertiser will be given a chance to re-submit alternative options. If no alternatives are available or the advertiser is unwilling to submit alternatives, a refund will be given. To receive the most benefit from advertising on the site the advertiser is advised to advertise a product/service that is of interest to the website’s target audience.
The advertiser agrees to take full responsibility for the ad and agrees to indemnify and hold the website owners/operators harmless in the event that the ad creative and/or product/service violates the law. The advertiser agrees to indemnify and hold the website owners/operators harmless with respect to any claims or actions by third parties against the website owners/operators based upon materials furnished by the advertiser or where material created by the website owners/operators is substantially changed by the advertiser. Information or data obtained by the website owners/operators from the advertiser to substantiate claims made in advertising shall be deemed to be “materials furnished by the advertiser.” The advertiser further agrees to indemnify and hold the website owners/operators harmless with respect to any death or personal injury claims or actions arising from the use of the advertiser’s products or services.
These terms may be changed at any time. Upon substantial change, the website owners/operators will notify the advertiser in writing and the advertiser will have a period of 7 days to review the new terms and cancel advertising if so desired. If after 7 days of the notification of a change in the terms of this agreement the advertiser has not cancelled that will indicate the advertiser’s agreement to the revised terms.
This Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, USA without regard to its principles of conflicts of laws. Jurisdiction and venue shall be solely within the State of Georgia.
By purchasing advertising space in the website the advertiser is agreeing to these terms.
Payments are to be made to Steve Sorenson, this is automatically included in the PayPal invoice for the advertiser’s convenience.
